Kara Williams is a paralegal with over twenty years of experience assisting attorneys in their representation of clients, from individuals to corporate entities.
Kara’s experience is primarily as a civil litigation paralegal but, she also has experience in criminal defense, business transactions, estate planning, and family law.
She brings a wide background of professional experience ranging from general manager of a small newspaper, to accounting and marketing for over a combined 45 years. A love of law and helping people prompted her to change her career path to that of being a paralegal, and she has never looked back.
When not in the office helping the attorneys and clients Kara enjoys woodworking, remodeling her home, yardwork, sewing, creation of stained glass projects and spending time with her family and granddaughter.
Tina Gamez is a legal secretary who is also currently enrolled in the paralegal program. After graduation she will have an associate’s degree in applied sciences.
Before becoming a legal secretary, Tina was a supervisor at an electrical plant for over 10 years. She always had the desire to help people especially when there was legal issues. That drive influenced her to enroll in school in 2017, and to transition to working at a law firm. Tina is fluent in Spanish which is a great asset to many of the Spanish speaking clients.
In her free time she loves to read, ride bikes, take hikes, and visit with family and friends. She is a proud mother of a 12 year old boy, which keeps her on her toes.
